CARE INSTRUCTIONS

1. Wash your Chiller2Go® Tritan Bottle and Lid thoroughly before first use. 2. Wash after each use with warm water with the spout in the open position so water flows through for a thorough cleanse. 3. Rinse thoroughly. 4. The plastic body, lid and straw are top-rack dishwasher safe. 5. The neoprene sleeve can be hand washed in warm soapy water.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
Restricted flow of liquid through sip straw or Leaky Bottle? This may happen if the silicon O-ring has moved out of position. The O-ring is located underneath the mouth piece. Customers should note that it is recommended to pull out the mouth piece and adjust the position of the O-ring. Please note the mouth piece fits firmly and can be tight so you may find it helps to use a cloth to help get a better grip. It is always advisable to keep your bottle in an upright position as they are spill proof when the mouth piece is closed, but not drip proof. After following these procedures, if your leak persists, we will be happy to replace the leaking lid for a new one.
