Chiller2go #1 Summer Fun
A big thankyou to kayakcameraman for all his great feedback and footage of Chiller2go. See the video we have put together and let me know what you think!
Did you see this great article recently in the Courier Mail?

PLASTIC wrap and disposable containers might soon be history in schools, as principals reject non-recyclables and parents turn to more eco-friendly alternatives to pack their children’s lunches.
In a growing trend, several schools have taken a stance against non-reusable wraps and require certain meals be served “nude”.
Most Catholic schools have an early morning healthy food break, often called Munch’n’Crunch or Fruit Break, where packaging and processed food is banned.
Nutrition Australia recommends parents seek lunchboxes that will keep foods separate (to avoid cross-contamination) and maintain a constant, cool temperature. They must be easy to clean to avoid a build-up of bacteria.
Haggusandstookles.com.au online retailer Donna Fingland said her research found most families replaced lunchboxes at least once a year. “Lunchboxes have to be able to stand up to kids’ wear and tear,” Ms Fingland said.
“The ability to keep food cool is important, and it has to be large enough without being too bulky. They have to be able to slide easily into a school bag, and for little fingers to open and close them.”
Chiller2go is perfect for your kids school fruit!!

C2G Ambassador / Dan Farrawell
We’re thrilled to officially announce action man Dan Farrawell as our new ambassador for Summer 2013!
Chiller2Go wants to thank Dan, we couldn’t think of a better ambassador for our product.
Dan Farrawell won the 42nd edition of the popular Boxing Day Hat Head ‘TRIG’ foot and swimming race wearing his Chiller2Go!
The TRIG consists of a sprint from the Hat Head Bowling Club to the boat ramp, a swim across the creek and then a hard slog up to the trigonometric marker on top of Hat Head and then back down … as seen in the newspaper article, he wore his Lime green Chiller2Go throughout the race.
Chiller2Go for BEER!

Launchpad Short List
I am so excited because Chiller2go has just been short listed in the top 50 of 160 entries for the LAUNCH PAD 2012 competition.
Being shortlisted meant I was invited to attend Launch Pad’s half-day mentoring session for the finalists, where they introduced us to key industry figures presenting on topics such as business development, retailing, manufacture, marketing and PR, how to approach media, legal matters and more … it was an awesome day!
I came away feeling so inspired!
Here is some information on Launch Pad so you can see how important it is to us!
Launch Pad is an important design initiative, promoting the support and development of Australian product design through a unique, interactive program of events.
