FACT 3 : Most of us do not consume enough water throughout the day.

HOW MUCH SHOULD YOU DRINK?
On average, an adult should be drinking 2-3 Litres of water a day. If you have one of my 700ml Chiller2GoDrink Bottles, that’s around 3 full bottles a day. Too easy!
Note that if you exercise regularly you will need to top this up.
HOW TO BEGIN our Hydration Challenge?
- Join our FREE mailing list
• Choose a cool, bpa free drink bottle and a drinking glass. TIP: for some reason drinking through a straw will help you drink more because you will take sips without thinking.
- You can take the challenge without any changes to your diet or exercise but do consider reducing your intake or avoid coffee, tea or soft drinks (soda)
- DO NOT drink all the water at once
Once you have joined our Hydration Challenge you will be able to download the first of our many FREE printables. Take a few minutes to go through my DAILY planner . Work out what will work for you, based on your daily routines and habits. Your plan is more likely to succeed if kept simple and in line with what you already do. Remember, you can always tweak and revise this as you go.
